1 Ashcott Place

1 Ashcott Place is a single-storey bungalow in Burnham-on-Sea, sleeping four in two bedrooms, one of them a twin. One shower room, with a walk-in shower, serves both. The bedrooms are on the same level as everything else, and an outdoor shower is fitted at the back of the property.

The living and dining room has a log burner and seating for four at the table, and the kitchen next door has a two-stool breakfast bar, an oven, hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. The games room has a pool table that converts into a four-seat dining table. There is a TV and WiFi, gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The rear garden is enclosed and holds furniture and a hot tub. Parking is on a private driveway, and EV charging is included. The bungalow is pet-friendly and dogs are welcome, but the number isn't stated, so confirm it when booking. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

The shop is 0.7 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 0.7 miles. It suits a family of four, or two couples, who want a games room and hot tub on a single level.
