Pilgrims Rest

Pilgrims Rest is a cottage in Weston-super-Mare, near the Mendip Hills National Landscape. Four bedrooms sleep seven: a super king-size with an en-suite walk-in shower and double basin, a king-size, a single and a bunk room. The super king and the king both look over the park, and the super king has generous wardrobe space.

There are two bathrooms, the en-suite and a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, and a separate cloakroom with a basin and WC. The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, and it opens off a living and dining room where French doors lead to the patio. A games room and a study complete the rooms.

The rear garden is enclosed, with a patio and furniture. Off-road parking takes two cars. The shop and pub are both 0.7 miles away. A TV is provided. Gas central heating, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included in the rent. The Helicopter Museum is a short drive away; Clevedon Marine Lake and Brean Beach are further afield.

Because of the staircase layout, children need supervising at all times. No pets and no smoking are allowed, and a good housekeeping bond is payable. It suits a family or two couples travelling together who need separate bedrooms and somewhere to sit in the evening.
