Pheasant Cottage

Pheasant Cottage is on the edge of Priston village, 6 miles from Bath, and has been completely rebuilt by its owners. Everything is on one level. The living, dining and kitchen area is open plan, with a stone floor and underfloor heating, and the bedroom is reached through concealed pocket doors. It has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC.

The kitchen has a two-ring electric hob, an electric oven and grill, a microwave, a fridge and a washer-dryer. A TV, a DVD player and WiFi are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Guests can walk across more than 18 acres of grounds belonging to the owners.

A private terrace has a gas barbecue. Parking is private and off the street, and an EV charger can be used for an additional charge. The park and ride is 2 miles away. The village pub is 0.3 miles away and the nearest shop is 2 miles. Pets and smoking are not allowed.

It suits a couple who want a one-level base outside the city with a car, a terrace and open ground to walk in. The cottage can also be booked with Cider Press Cottage for four additional guests.
