Alfred Street is a first-floor apartment for two on a cul-de-sac in Bath, opposite the Assembly Rooms. It sits above a family-run restaurant, and the property can be noisy from 8pm, which is worth knowing before you book. Milsom Street is 300 metres away, which leads on towards the Theatre Royal, Bath Abbey and the Roman Baths.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has hardwood flooring, a feature fireplace, a Smart TV and tall Georgian windows facing the Assembly Rooms. There is no outdoor space and no parking at the property. The nearest car park is 450 metres away, and on-street parking is available a few streets away. Pubs are within 100 metres and shops within 500 metres. Dogs are not allowed. It suits a couple who want to walk everywhere and can live with some restaurant noise in the evening.
