No 8

No 8 is a single-storey home near the beach in Burnham-on-Sea, with the beach 1.2 miles away and the shop and pub 0.9 miles. The layout has a kitchen/diner, a utility room, a sitting room and a conservatory.

The sitting room has an electric woodburning-effect stove, and the conservatory has a TV and an electric fire as well. Both bedrooms are king-size, each with a TV, so there are four TVs in the house. The family bathroom has a bath, shower over, basin and WC, and a separate cloakroom adds a second WC. The house has a dishwasher, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Gas central heating is supplemented by two electric fires, and WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

The enclosed rear garden has a patio, a lawn and furniture, with outside lighting for the evenings, and the cottage sits near the beach. In summer an electric lawn mower cuts the grass automatically each evening. A private driveway takes 2 cars.

One well-behaved pet is welcome and smoking is not allowed. A good housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits two couples sharing, or a small family with a pet, who want everything on one floor.
