Little Walton

Little Walton is laid out for four around a ground-floor king-size bedroom, with a twin on the gallery and a ground-floor bathroom. The detached cottage stands on the outskirts of Burnham-on-Sea, and the beach is 1.2 miles away.

There are two bedrooms: a king-size on the ground floor and a twin on the gallery. The bathroom has a bath with a shower over, a basin, a heated towel rail and a WC. There is also a kitchen/diner with a table for four, and a sitting room that doubles as a conservatory. The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge-freezer and a washing machine. Gas central heating, a TV and WiFi are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, a rear patio has furniture and there is a large lawned area, which gives children room to play. The driveway gives off-road parking, and the dining table inside seats four. The shop is 0.5 miles away and the pub 1.2 miles.

Pets are not accepted and smoking is not allowed. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a good housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits a couple, or a family of four, who want a ground-floor bedroom and an easy walk to the shop.
