You enter by the stairs on the left and a WC on the right, and the kitchen follows, with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher and a fridge/freezer. Beyond it is the lounge and dining area, with a wood burner in the centre of the room and a Smart TV. Logs are supplied from October to March.
The double bedroom is upstairs and has a TV and views across the Somerset Levels. The shower room, with a shower and a WC, is up there too, and the only toilet downstairs is a separate WC.
Outside is an enclosed garden with seating and a charcoal barbecue, and the patio looks across open countryside. There is allocated parking for one car at the front, and secure bike storage can be arranged directly with the owner. Dogs are not allowed. The annex suits a couple who want a quiet base in a village. Arrival is from 17:00 and departure is before 10:00.
