Little Gates

Little Gates is a one-bedroom cottage for two in Broadway, a village near Ilminster. A pub and a restaurant are within walking distance, and the beach is 18 miles away.

The kitchen is entered from the rear and has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a coffee machine. It leads to a dining room with a stable door to the side garden, and on to a lounge with a brick and stone fireplace holding a wood burner, with the first basket of logs included. The lounge has a TV/DVD with Sky TV. Wi-Fi, electricity and central heating are included.

Upstairs is a king-size bedroom with plenty of storage, and a step down leads into the bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and a WC. Under-twos are accepted and an extra pull-out bed is available, but the cottage is booked for two.

The enclosed garden area at the rear has furniture for eating out. Parking is through the double gates to the left of the cottage, with roadside spaces as well. Pedestrian access at the rear is shared with a neighbour. Two dogs are allowed and additional charges may apply. Check-in is from 4pm and departure is before 10am. It suits a couple, with or without dogs.
