Larchmont Lodge

Larchmont Lodge has a car space immediately outside the front entrance: off-street parking for one vehicle. It is a two-storey lodge in the grounds of a private household on the eastern side of Bath, and it is for two adults, because children are not accepted. Dogs are not allowed either.

The front door opens into a kitchen and dining area with a shower room beside it. The kitchen has an electric oven with induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, and a utility room holds a washer/dryer. In the newer extension is a separate lounge with a double love sofa, a gas fire, Sky TV and a DVD player. Skylights and plantation shutters feature in the kitchen, lounge and bedroom.

A staircase climbs from a corner of the living area to the bedroom under the eaves, which has a super-king-size bed and a large en-suite shower room with a WC. Outside is a seating area with a bistro table and chairs. Restaurants, a pub and shops are 0.5 miles away. Pulteney Bridge, Bath Abbey, the Roman Baths and the start of the 6-mile Bath Skyline walk are less than a mile off, and the Bristol and Bath Railway Path starts 2.5 miles away. It suits a couple or a solo traveller. A welcome pack and Wi-Fi are included.
