Hambush Barn - Hambush Farm

Hambush Barn is a reverse-level barn conversion at Hambush Farm in Baltonsborough, near Glastonbury and Sticklinch. It is one of a complex of properties. The three bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the living space is upstairs.

The two super-king-size bedrooms have zip-and-link beds that can be made into twins on request, and the third is a twin. The master has an en-suite shower room and bi-fold doors to the patio, and the main bathroom has a bath, a separate shower and a WC. A cupboard holds the washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs, the lounge with its beams and a wood burner opens to a balcony, and the kitchen has a dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee machine. A snug has a Smart TV and a DVD player.

Outside is a lawned garden with a patio, furniture and a barbecue, plus a private hot tub. An EV charger is available on request, and guests are asked for a donation under an honesty policy. Parking is private, for 3 cars. The grounds have an unfenced pond.

One dog is welcome, and extra charges may apply. The pub and a shop are both within walking distance. The barn sleeps six and suits a family or three couples, though the unfenced pond means close supervision of children.
