Greenham Cottage

Greenham Cottage is a mid-terrace house in Norton-sub-Hamdon, a village near South Petherton. The pub and the village shop are both a two-minute walk.

The house is on two floors. The sitting room, with two large sofas, and a shower room with a walk-in shower are on the ground floor, and the cottage also has a kitchen/diner and a dining room. There are two bedrooms, a king-size double and a twin, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. The twin beds zip and link into a super-king-size on request, and a pull-out bed can be added on request for a fifth guest. A travel cot is available on request, and there is a highchair.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a TV with Freeview, WiFi, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board, with gas central heating, bed linen, towels, fuel and power all included in the rent.

The rear garden is fully enclosed and has decking and seating. Parking is off-road, with roadside spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. No pets and no smoking are allowed. The house cannot take short breaks in May, June or July.

It suits a family of up to five who like a village pub nearby and want a downstairs shower room.
