Campion Cottage

Campion Cottage is on Brendon Hill, near Roadwater and Exmoor National Park, with the village of Washford the nearby place to look at on the map. The cottage is arranged around one open-plan room that holds the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove and a Smart TV.

Four bedrooms sleep seven. The ground-floor king-size has its own wet room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, and there is also a ground-floor cloakroom. Upstairs are a second king-size, a twin and a single, served by a shower room with a walk-in shower. The kitchen has a gas range oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, and there is a highchair. A washing machine and tumble dryer sit in a utility shared with the adjoining property. Bed linen, towels, fuel and power are all included in the rent, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

Outside, a non-enclosed lawn with a patio and furniture is joined by a side lawn that is enclosed. Parking is off-road for two cars. A pub is 0.1 miles away, but its car park must not be used: the cottage has its own entrance and driveway. The nearest shop is 3.5 miles off, and although there is WiFi, mobile phone coverage is poor.

Two well-behaved dogs are allowed. Smoking is not allowed.

It suits a family or a group of friends of up to seven who want one bedroom on the ground floor and a pub 0.1 miles away.
