Boo Cottage

Boo Cottage is a semi-detached house in the village of Kingston St Mary, close to Taunton. The pub is directly opposite, 0.1 miles away and the nearest shop is 2.9 miles off.

There are two bedrooms, a king-size double and a single, which gives the cottage room for three guests. The only bathroom is on the ground floor and has a bath with a shower over it, a basin and a WC. The sitting room has a dining area and a woodburner, working alongside gas central heating, and fuel and power are included in the rent.

The kitchen has an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a small under-the-counter fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer. Guests also get a TV, WiFi and a selection of books, with bed linen and towels provided. Outside, an enclosed courtyard has seating. Parking is on the road.

No pets and no smoking are allowed. The minimum stay is three nights, arrivals on Sundays and Mondays cannot be accommodated, and the cottage does not take worker bookings. A good housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits a couple with a child, or a small group of three, who want a woodburner and a pub 0.1 miles away.
