3 Old Police Station

3 Old Police Station is a Grade II listed building in Dunster, approached through an archway. The sitting room, dining room and kitchen are on the ground floor, and the dining table seats six. The kitchen has black granite worktops and white units, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. WiFi, a Freeview TV and a selection of books, games and DVDs are provided.

The king-size bedroom is also downstairs, with a feature fireplace and a woodburner; the first basket of logs is supplied. Upstairs are a four-poster bedroom and a single room with a pull-out single bed, so the house sleeps six. Washing facilities are a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC, and a separate shower room. Gas central heating is on, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. They must stay off the upstairs floor and must not be left alone at any time. The rear garden is enclosed, with decking and furniture. Three cars can park off the road. Some road noise reaches the cottage. The shop and pub are five minutes away on foot and the beach ten. A travel cot and highchair can be requested. The house is non-smoking, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits a family or a group of friends, with dogs, that wants a downstairs bedroom and a walk to the village.
