1 Marsh Gardens is a Coach House in Dunster, sitting between the village and the beach. All the accommodation is on the first floor, reached up a staircase from a hallway at the front door, and the open-plan living space of kitchen, dining area and sofas has a Smart TV and fibre WiFi. The kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, undercounter fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms: a double with an en suite shower room and a twin that uses a separate bathroom with a bath. Both bathrooms have heated towel rails, and the property sleeps four. Gas central heating is on, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent.

Two cars can park off the road at the rear, in reserved spaces, and the garage has a utility area plus storage for bikes, paddle boards and dinghies. EV charging is not permitted at the property. There is no garden, no pets are allowed and the house is non-smoking. The pub is 0.6 miles away, Tesco 1.4 miles and the beach under a mile.

The minimum stay is three nights; if a booking does not start on a Friday, or you need a stay other than seven nights in peak season, ask first. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. It suits two couples or a small family who bring bikes or boards and want a beach within walking distance.
