Teal

Teal is a ground-floor bungalow in Watchfield, one of three identical units on the owners' non-working farm. You step straight into an open-plan room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area that has a sofa bed. Through that is a double bedroom and a bathroom with a bath, a shower over it and a WC. Three people can stay.

Cooking is on an electric oven and hob, with a microwave, a fridge and a washing machine to hand. The living area has a TV with Freeview, WiFi, and a selection of books and games. Oil central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels all come with the rent, and a cot and highchair are provided for small children.

One well-behaved pet is welcome. Outside is an enclosed gravelled garden with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. The pub is a four-minute walk away, a shop 1.7 miles and the beach a ten-minute drive. Smoking is not allowed. Highbridge, 2.5 miles away, has further amenities. Teal can be booked along with the other two bungalows (the three together sleep nine).

It suits a couple with a dog, or a small family who will use the cot and highchair, and who want everything on one level.
