Stoney Ridge Farm is a barn conversion on the Somerset Levels, 1.5 miles from Somerton. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room has large picture windows and patio doors facing the fields. Back through the entrance hallway there is a utility room with a washing machine.

The two bedrooms both have king-size beds, and one has a view over the countryside. The shower room has a rainfall shower and a WC. The kitchen has two electric Neff ovens, one of them a steam oven, an induction hob, an American-style fridge/freezer with an ice and water dispenser, a slimline dishwasher, a microwave and a coffee percolator. The lounge has a Smart TV.

The fully enclosed garden has a patio, a gas barbecue and a private hot tub. A second enclosed garden next to the property is shared. Parking is private and off the road, for 2 cars, at the rear, and CCTV covers the entrance and the parking area.

The shop is 1.5 miles away and the pub 2 miles. Dogs are not allowed. The house sleeps four in two king-size rooms, so it suits two couples or a family who want a hot tub and room to spread out. Arrival is from 4pm and departure before 10am.
