Badger Cottage

The bedroom at Badger Cottage is upstairs and has a king-size bed, with a bathroom close by that offers both a bath and a walk-in shower. A separate cloakroom has a heated towel rail. The cottage sleeps two, and it can be booked together with its neighbour when four guests want two homes side by side.

It stands on the outskirts of Babcary, a village near Somerton, on a farm where a herd of fallow deer lives in the surrounding fields. At the back is an enclosed garden with a patio and furniture. Two cars fit in the off-road parking, and an EV charging point is available with extra charges.

Downstairs is one open-plan room with the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, where a sofa and an armchair sit alongside the TV. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge and a freezer, and a shared utility holds a washing machine and tumble dryer. WiFi, central heating, fuel and power, bed linen and towels are included, and a travel cot and highchair can be supplied on request.

Stays are a minimum of three nights and must begin on a Monday or a Friday; other check-in days are on enquiry only. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The pub is 0.8 miles away and the shop 2.9 miles. It works for a couple, or for four people when the cottage is booked with its neighbour.
