Rexworthy Barn

Rexworthy Barn is a detached barn conversion with a Bridgwater address, on a working arable farm close to the Quantock Hills. It stands beside the moated farmhouse, and guests are welcome to wander the farm and feed the ducks on the moat. Stonework, wooden beams and a woodburner are kept from the original barn.

There are two bedrooms and both have an en-suite shower and WC. The king-size is upstairs. Downstairs, a zip-and-link super-king can be made up as a twin on request. The lounge/diner has a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, a DAB radio with an iPod dock and the woodburner, and the logs are included. The kitchen has an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Wi-Fi, bed linen, electric and central heating are included in the stay.

Outside is a private enclosed garden with furniture and a BBQ. Parking is ample. A high chair, cot and baby bath are available on request. The beach is 11 miles away, and shops and pubs are 3 miles away.

One dog is welcome, with additional charges. Smoking is not allowed inside. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00. It suits a couple, or two couples who each want their own en-suite and a ground-floor bedroom.
