Pine Lodge

Pine Lodge is in Westonzoyland, a village near Bridgwater, where the shop and the pub are both 0.6 miles away. It is one of a group of lodges that can be booked together with two neighbours, which brings the total to 14 guests.

The living space is open plan, with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, and there is a cloakroom with a basin and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a coffee maker and a wine chiller. There are 3 Smart TVs, a soundbar and WiFi, and underfloor heating. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. The first is a king-size with an en-suite bathroom, which has a bath, a hand-held shower and a walk-in shower. The second is a king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be a twin on request, and has an en-suite shower room. The lodge sleeps four, and an extra sofa bed is available on request.

Parking is off-road for 2 cars, with EV charging, but the space cannot take large vans or vehicles. The garden is a 600m2 orchard shared with one or two further lodges, and each lodge has its own picnic bench and BBQ. The whole site is fenced, with electric gates. Pets and smoking are not allowed, worker bookings are accepted on request only, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits two couples or a family of four who want a self-contained lodge in a gated setting.
