Peartree Cottage

Peartree Cottage is in Cheddar, with shops and pubs 200 yards from the door. The beach is 14 miles off. It is booked for four, split between a king-size bedroom and a double.

From the porch you step into the kitchen, which has an oven, a hob, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, a fridge/freezer and a Nespresso machine. Two steps lead down to the dining area, which looks over the garden. The lounge has an inglenook fireplace with a wood burner and a Smart TV. The shower room, with its own WC, is on the ground floor, and a second WC is upstairs, where the king-size has an Emma mattress and both bedrooms offer a choice of pillows.

The garden is enclosed and planted with mature shrubs, and the patio has garden furniture. A gated driveway gives the cottage private parking for two cars. A camera covers the entrance for security only.

One dog is allowed, with additional charges that may apply. Arrival is from 4pm and departure is before 10am. It suits two couples, or a family of four, who want to walk to the pubs and to Cheddar Gorge, half a mile off, with a dog in tow.
