Number 7

Both bedrooms at Number 7 are on the ground floor, and each holds a super-king bed that can be set up as a twin on request. One en-suite has a bath and a walk-in shower, the other a walk-in shower, and both have heated towel rails. The house is in Bishop Sutton, near Blagdon, and the Chew Valley Lake footpath is 300 metres away.

The sitting room is on the first floor and has a 65-inch smart TV and an American-style pool table. The kitchen/diner is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, filtered drinking water and an L'OR coffee machine. WiFi is provided, air source heat pumps and underfloor heating warm the house, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

Outdoors, an enclosed front patio has furniture, a barbecue and a fire pit, and the garden holds a private hot tub. Parking is on a private driveway, with an electric car charger, secure bike storage and a safe in the property. The shop and pub are both 0.4 miles away.

Two well-behaved adult dogs are welcome. Cats are not accepted, and other pets must be requested in advance. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Changeovers are Monday or Friday only, and stays are 3, 4 or 7 nights. A good housekeeping bond is payable. Number 7 is best for two couples or friends sharing who want separate en-suite bedrooms and a hot tub.
