Annex Chetnole

Annexe Chetnole is a dormer-style holiday home attached to the owner's house in Dundry, at the northern end of the Mendip Hills between Bristol and Chew Valley Lake, not far from Bishop Sutton. The pub is 0.5 miles away and the nearest shop is 1.7 miles off.

Four steps lead up to the property. Inside is a kitchen/diner with an electric double oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with a small freezer and a dishwasher. The sitting room has leather sofas, a Smart TV and an electric fire, and gas central heating covers the rest. WiFi is included.

The three bedrooms are on the first floor: a double and two singles, giving a capacity of four. The bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower. Head height is restricted in the bathroom, so take care. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included, and a highchair is available.

The garden has decking, a patio, a lawn, a fire pit, a small slide and children's toys. Off-road parking is available for four cars. No pets and no smoking. A good housekeeping bond is payable.

It suits a family with young children who want a garden to play in and parking for more than one car.
