Norsk Lodge

Norsk Lodge is a wooden lodge on the edge of the Quantock Hills, with a Taunton address. Watchet, with its marina and Old Port, is two miles away. The lodge is tucked into the grounds of the owner's home, and guests can use the fully enclosed, landscaped shared gardens. Across from it are 30 acres of woodland with permissive rights to roam.

Everything is on one level. Coats and boots can be left in the hallway, which leads to a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a wet room with a shower and WC, and the kitchen/diner. The kitchen/diner is equipped for four, with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a breakfast table. The lounge has plenty of seating, a Smart TV and French doors onto raised decking with seating.

Two dogs are welcome, and additional charges may apply. Parking is private, for one car. The pub is half a mile away, the beach a mile and a half and the shop two miles. Arrival is from 14:30 and departure before 10:00.

The wet room is the only bathroom, so it suits a couple or a family of four, with dogs, who want woodland on the doorstep and are happy to share one shower.
