Hill Coach House

Hill Coach House is a detached property on the outskirts of Watchet, with a shop and pub 0.3 miles away. It sleeps 4, over two floors, with a wet room on the ground floor.

The ground floor has an open-plan space combining the kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area, heated by underfloor heating alongside gas central heating. The only bathroom is a ground-floor wet room with a shower, basin and WC. Upstairs, reached by a staircase to the first floor, are two bedrooms: a double with its own TV and a Juliette balcony, and a second room fitted with a 4ft double bed and a single bed.

The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and washing machine. A TV and WiFi are provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. A travel cot and highchair can be requested. Outside, a patio has seating.

One well-behaved dog is welcome, and smoking is not allowed. The centre of Watchet is a stroll away, with independent shops, gastro pubs and restaurants, and the harbour. The house is best for a family, with a dog if wanted, who would like a home a short way out of the harbour town.
