Westholme Lodge

Westholme Lodge is a three-floor house in the centre of Minehead for up to 14 guests. The kitchen/diner has an island and a woodburning stove, and there is also a utility room, a dining room, a sitting room and a children's play room. A hot tub is part of the property. The rear garden has a lawn and a patio with furniture and a barbecue, and the front and side gardens add more outdoor space.

Seven bedrooms are spread across the floors: a super-king-size with en-suite bath and shower, a double with en-suite shower, a king-size with a basin, a twin, and on the second floor a super-king-size that zips and links, a king-size with a day bed and a single. A family bathroom has a bath, handheld shower and separate WC, and a cloakroom adds another WC. Gas central heating is on, and fuel, power and stove starter, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

The kitchen has an electric range oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher and a washing machine. There is WiFi, a Bluetooth speaker with disco lights, and a selection of books, games and DVDs. Parking is off-road and ample, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. The sitting-room fireplace is not to be used, electric car charging is not permitted, and smoking is not allowed. A good-housekeeping bond is payable. A shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away. It suits a large family or friends travelling with children who want a hot tub and a separate space for the little ones to play.
