The Cozie Sow

The Cozie Sow is a single-storey cottage in Galhampton, within 1.5 miles of North Cadbury Court and near Wincanton. It sleeps four in two super-king-size bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. One of the beds is zip-and-link and can be set up as a twin on request. Mattresses are handmade from silk and cashmere.

The living space is open plan: kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, Smart TV and Sonos soundbar. The kitchen has a combi microwave-oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, wine chiller, kettle and toaster, and a utility area holds a washing machine and tumble dryer. Heating is central with air conditioning. WiFi is provided, and guests need their own accounts for the streaming apps. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

The enclosed garden has a lawn, patio, a hot tub and a sauna, and a dedicated gas barbecue and kitchenette area with furniture. The hot tub chemicals are checked regularly, and the owner will discuss suitable times with guests before arrival. Off-road parking takes two cars.

Children under 12 cannot stay, and pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed, and a good-housekeeping bond is payable. The pub is 0.3 miles away and the shop 0.8 miles. It suits two couples, or one couple wanting a hot tub and sauna, in a one-level house.
