Converted barn for 4 in Farmborough with private hot tub

Gripp Barn is a former barn in the landscaped grounds of a country house in Farmborough, near Bath. Camerton is nearby, and a shop and a pub are within walking distance.

The kitchen and dining area are open plan, with an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer and a Belfast sink. The rustic dining table has bench seating for four. The lounge has a TV/DVD and a wood burner, and the first basket of logs is included. A utility room has the washing machine. The ground floor also holds the bathroom, which has a roll-top bath, a shower and a WC.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. The first has a king-size bed and exposed wooden beams, with a garden view, and the second has twin zip-and-link beds that can be made up as a king on request. Each bedroom has its own TV.

A private hot tub sits outside, along with a private enclosed patio with furniture. Parking is off-road, for two cars. Dogs are not allowed. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00. It suits a couple or a family of four who want a hot tub and a wood burner, and who can use the stairs to bed.
