Cherry Tree House

Cherry Tree House stands on its own plot in a small hamlet on the outskirts of the village of Mark, in a Georgian-style building. The neighbouring village of Watchfield has a large country pub, The Watchfield Inn, with Rich's Cider Farm Shop and Restaurant across the road. Nine people can stay.

Guests come in through the rear door into the kitchen, which has an oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, with a breakfast area seating four. There is also a utility room, a separate dining room for the full party and a drawing room, along with a TV and WiFi. Oil central heating covers the house, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

All five bedrooms are upstairs. The main one has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room, and the others are a second king-size, a twin, a bunk room and a single. The family bathroom offers a bath and a walk-in shower. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request.

French doors open to an enclosed garden patio with seating, a gas barbecue and a pizza oven, and the grass is secure for children. Parking is ample and off the road. Pets and smoking are not allowed, and a Good Housekeeping bond is payable. The shop is 1 mile away, the pub 0.8 miles, the beach 3.6 miles and the train station 0.8 miles.

It suits a multi-generation family or friends travelling as a group of up to nine who want a dining room and outdoor cooking.
