Avonside Cottage

Avonside Cottage is in Pill, on the southern bank of the River Avon and an easy drive from Bristol. The shop is 0.4 miles away and the pub 0.3 miles.

Downstairs is an open-plan room with a kitchen, a dining area for four and a sitting area with two sofas and a DVD player. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also a TV and WiFi, with gas central heating, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included.

The first floor has a double bedroom and a twin, both with views across the estuary, and the only bathroom, a shower room with a shower, basin and WC. The enclosed terrace has furniture and looks over the river.

The house stands next to the sometimes fast-flowing river, so take care in the garden and inside the house. Parking is on the roadside, 100 yards from the property. The minimum stay is three nights for every booking, and a good housekeeping bond is payable.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, and more can be requested. Smoking is not allowed. It suits small families with older children or a group of friends.
